MEET Sue Teasdale

Way back in 2003 I was working at a job I enjoyed when the business closed. Such a sad day. I had to figure out a new career. At that same time, hubby and I had been looking at homes ourselves and I thought, "maybe that would be fun - I like seeing homes!" (C'mon, I bet you've had the same thoughts!) So, I went to the pre-licensing class, took the test for my license (passed on the first try!!) and interviewed with just ONE Brokerage - COLDWELL BANKER, where I have enjoyed working all these years.

One of the first things you learn as a real estate agent is that it's not just about having fun by seeing homes. It's a LOT of work. There is SO MUCH to learn even AFTER you take the state course. Selling and buying homes is a complicated process filled with unforeseen issues. The details are vast and getting it right is crucial.

Fortunately, I like details, problem solving gets easier with experience, and working with a well-established Brokerage gives me backup when needed.

Since 2003 I have experienced many aspects of the real estate profession. I taught our new agent orientation class for a little over 10 years, worked as Relocation Director for 3 years, was on our Board of REALTORS® for a term in the past and have taught many state required Continuing Education Classes. One of my favorite classes to teach is our REALTOR® Code-of-Ethics class for newly licensed agents.

I currently serve as the President Elect of our Board of REALTORS®.

I've had the pleasure to work with many, many wonderful people to get them through the process and help them buy or sell a home - often BOTH! I appreciate and thank them all! I would be happy to work with YOU also! So, whether you are ready to buy or sell your home or if you are just thinking about it - feel free to contact me and we'll come up with a plan that works for you.
Call or text me anytime at 260-602-5022 or email me at sue@coldwellhomes.com.
